Building a web site that works for Students with Dyslexia

Hi W3Schools Forum users
Im a mature student intrested in web design but have found that i have been blocked by a brick wall when it comes to starting my end of year assignment in html. I have been assigned to build a web site of my choice, as Executive leader for our Green club (college student union) I have desided to use this time to bring the two together, however I have read and scanned a large amount of help and self help web sites but have come back to the fold to get the right answer to my question.

"Is there a correct way in building a web page/site that would be universal and helpfull to a end user that has Dyslexia."

I would be very great full if I was just pointed in the right direction over this matter.
