On some of my sites I regularly update a page. However, the browsers (I usually test first in FF) seem to fail to recognise that the page has been updated, requiring a manual Refresh.
Is there a simple bit of code that can be incorporated to let the browser know that the page needs to be refreshed?

P.S. A few years ago I noticed a lot of pages said "Please refresh this page to update", yet most sites now seem to update well without this..except mine!
